THE STYLEZ KING BOOKING POLICY

To ensure a smooth, punctual, and premium experience for every client, the following policies apply:

Schedule Adjustment Notice

To maintain the harmony of our private schedule, your appointment may be adjusted by

10 to 30 minutes.If an adjustment occurs, you will receive the updated time via email.
If the new time does not work for you, you may reschedule with more than 12 hours’ notice, in accordance with our reservation policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations or changes must be made with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
Any modification within 12 hours is considered a late cancellation.

Punctuality (10-Minute Grace Period

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled and late-cancellation fees apply.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee

  • A fee of 60% of the service value will be charged.

  • An invoice will be issued with a 6-day payment deadline.

Outstanding Invoices & Future Appointments

  • If an invoice is not paid within the 6-day period, all future bookings will require:

  • Payment of the outstanding invoice, and

  • A deposit in advance to secure any new appointment.

No Deposits Required (Unless There Is a Balance Due)

  • Regular appointments at THE STYLEZ KING do not require a deposit.
    However, if a client has an unpaid invoice, late-cancellation fees, or a record of missed appointments, a deposit will be required in advance to secure future appointments.

  • This deposit must be paid in addition to any outstanding balance before another appointment can be scheduled.

Acceptance of This Policy

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this Reservation Policy.
