Cancellation Policy

Orlando strictly enforces a cancellation policy for all services. In order to maintain a smooth operation, I reserve the right to charge a 60% service cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Please note that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-show. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so reservations can be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with our booking policy. Clients have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
