Premium hours

Service Description

In case there is no availability during my regular hours, I am pleased to offer extra hours at an additional charge. These extra hours refer to the moments before the start of my workday or after its completion, as well as to my days off. It is important to mention that the minimum price for a haircut is $50, while the cost for a haircut and beard is $65Please note that discounts are not applicable during premium hours.

Cancellation Policy

Orlando strictly enforces a cancellation policy for all services. In order to maintain a smooth operation, I reserve the right to charge a 60% service cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Please note that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-show. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so reservations can be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with our booking policy. Clients have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. To ensure that each service is completed to the best of our ability, it is essential for clients to be present at the scheduled time or arrive 5 minutes before their appointment. This allows us to allocate the necessary time for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to successfully complete the service. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the service.
