Cancellation Policy

* Advance Notice: A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Please note that an 60% cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance or for no-shows. *This policy allows us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late arrival. To guarantee a quality service and respect the time of all our customers, we request punctuality in your appointments. Please be on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a 60% fee will be applied to the service.
