Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, punctual, and premium experience for every client, the following policies apply: ⏳ Advance Timeframe • Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. ⚠️ Late Cancellations / No-Shows Any cancellation made within 12 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in a 60% service fee. ⏰ Late Arrival Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and a 60% service fee applied.
