Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth, punctual, and premium experience for every client, the following policies apply: ⏳ Advance Timeframe Reprogramming must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the scheduled time. ⚠️ Late Cancellations / No-Shows If a cancellation is made within 12 hours, or if the client does not attend, a 60% fee will be applied. ⏱️ Late Arrival Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the appointment being cancelled and a 60% fee applied
