To ensure a smooth, punctual, and premium experience for every client, the following policies apply: ⏳ • Rescheduling available up to 24h in advance • Cancellations available up to 12h in advance • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client ⚠️• Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 60% service charge ⏰• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and a 60% service charge
