If you need to change your time, first you have to go to your user account (my agenda) and cancel that time, then you can make a new appointment with the time that is available.
Rescheduling policy: If you reschedule your appointment 12 hours’ before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee.
If you reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of your deposit. Final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled appointment.
Clients may cancel the booking up to 4 hours before the due time.
On occasion I might have to update your appointment when someone cancels or when there is an empty space in the middle of your appointment. All updates will be from 10 to 30 minutes before or after the moment you have the scheduled appointment. When this occurs we will notify you 2 hours in advance of any changes.
