 Orlando the Barber enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to Charge a 60% service cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you are considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment.Reservations are subject to cancellation or rescheduling in accordance with the booking policy.  

Booking policy

12 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation less than 12 hours,  the client will be charged for the 60% price of the missed service.  


Clients may reschedule or cancellation  booking up to 12 hours before the due time.

No Shows

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling it online, or without first contacting me by way of telephone, text or email, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.



You are allowed to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance to best accommodate your availability, When you decide a time for service, it will be pending an approval based on availability. On occasion we might have to update your appointment when someone cancels or when there is an empty space in the middle of your appointment. All updates will be from 10 to 30 minutes before or after the moment you have the scheduled appointment. When this occurs we will notify you 4 hours in advance of any changes. 

If an appointment time of your preference isn´t available please make sure to contact me to take over an appointment cancellation that opened up.





I have assigned the necessary time to complete each service. The client must be present at the scheduled time or 5 minutes before his scheduled service(s) to be able to guarantee the adequate time necessary to complete his services comfortably. Unfortunately, I cannot successfully complete any service if a client arrives more than 5 to 10 minutes late, and I reserve the right to refuse any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

It will be automatically canceled to avoid conflicts with all upcoming appointments and you will be responsible to pay a fee which amounts to 60% of the scheduled service due to the lost time.
